NRL legend Braith Anasta looks fit enough to step back onto the footy pitch after the Sydney Roosters great stunned his Instagram followers by posting a snap of himself looking shredded.

The 43-year-old television broadcaster has jetted off to Bali with his friends and family during the off-season, with Anasta also publishing photos of himself and his new girlfriend, Sara Bray, soaking in the rays on the tropical island while enjoying a getaway with their children.

Bray, a publicist who lives in Sydney, and Anasta appear to have rekindled their relationship almost 20 years after they parted ways.

In a clip posted on his social media, the Fox League pundit shared snaps of himself and Sara, and their kids posing for pics as they took in a beautiful sunset and enjoyed some family time by a hotel pool.

The happy couple looked smitten, with Sara also seen wrapping her arms around the former five-eighth as they sat together on a moped.

‘The most amazing holiday with the best crew,’ he and Sara captioned the joint post. ‘Memories that will last a lifetime! BALI.’

The pair went Instagram official in recent months, having re-kindled their relationship after parting ways 20 years ago

Anasta also spent some time in Indonesia with his friends, posting several snaps of him and his mates lapping up the sun at a beach club before the group headed out for dinner.

He even had some time to call in at the gym, with the 43-year-old dazzling his Instagram followers with a topless selfie, showing off his ripped physique.

It came to light back in September that the former Sydney Roosters and Canterbury Bulldogs star had begun dating his former flame Sara, with the Sydney publicist, who works for the luxurious athletic wear brand CSB, posting a snap of the couple on Instagram enjoying a meal out together.

‘He makes me happy 20 years later,’ she said in the post.

Anasta then went Instagram official with his girlfriend, publishing a snap of the couple laughing together while they enjoyed dinner out with their friends.

Their followers erupted when they saw the images, with Jade Hounsell commenting: 'Well, well, well what do we have here, I could've told you this outcome 20 years ago.’

Lisa Shae Coulton declared it was 'a love story for the ages.'

The five-eighth, who won one premiership with the Bulldogs in 2004, made headlines last year after he had issued a public message for women to date him. He told 2Day FM’s Jimmy and Nate show that he was single and looking to start dating.

The smitten couple published several snaps of themselves enjoying their time away, with Sara seen wrapping her arms around her beau while they rode a moped

Bray officially revealed they were dating again in September, publishing a snap of the couple (pictured) enjoying a meal out on Instagram

It came after Anasta’s short romance with Evie Tziomakis came to an end.

Two years before that, Anasta and his former fiancee Rachael Lee announced that they were calling off their engagement.

The former personal trainer and Anasta share a daughter, Gigi, together, while the NRL great also has another daughter, Aleeia, with his ex-wife Jodi Gordon.

Anasta had also opened up last year on the difficulties of dating while being a parent.

'It's tough, I've got two kids to two different women,’ Anasta said on the Two Doting Dat's poddcast to Matty 'J' Johnson and Ash Wicks.

‘Second time around, I'm a bit more wary of it because I don't want my kids going through that again.’

He added that he was: ‘Certainly not in a hurry. If I meet a girl, it’s got to be right.’

Anasta made a combined 288 appearances in the NRL for the Bulldogs, Roosters and Wests Tigers.

He’d also win four Kangaroos caps as well as making one appearance for the Greek national side in 2013, qualifying to play through his father’s Greek heritage.
