Taylor Swift is HIDING: Insiders spill on secretive behavior at NFL games... and why she's adamant about new life in the shadows

The woman who's always everywhere is suddenly nowhere to be seen - and everyone's wondering why.

Taylor Swift has been no stranger to the spotlight after her blockbuster Eras Tour and very public whirlwind romance with fiancé Travis Kelce.

For two years, the couple's public outings have been subject to prying eyes - flaunting their romance in front of flashing lights while onlookers slyly capture their private dinner dates on film.

But suddenly, Swift, 35, has gone incognito.

The pop star has shied away from the camera lens when arriving at Kansas City Chiefs games as of late, even once entering the stadium shrouded by a screen. And on Monday, she managed to slip into the VIP suite undetected to cheer on her beau Chiefs tight end Kelce, 36.

The stark contrast from her grand entrances last season - arriving to a sea of photographers while dressed head-to-toe in designer labels - has raised eyebrows from her legion of devout fans.

And while Swifties have lamented the sudden absence of photos of their favorite singer, the Daily Mail can now reveal why the Grammy winner is opting for a lower profile.

Taylor Swift has been keeping a low profile at Chiefs games this year due to security concerns

The singer watched Monday's game alongside Brittany Mahomes after another secret arrival

Last month she turned up to Arrowhead Stadium to watch Travis Kelce hidden behind a screen

An insider told the Daily Mail that Swift is concerned about her safety.

'Taylor has wanted to feel much more protected this year with her security, especially with her current stalker issues,' the source said.

'She doesn't want her whereabouts known every minute of the day. She wants to be safe and she wants her family and friends to be safe.'

Last month, Swift was granted a five-year restraining order against her alleged stalker, who was accused of repeatedly showing up at her home in May and claiming she had his baby.

Brian Jason Wagner, 45, has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Swift, according to court documents obtained by TMZ

In her petition, Swift wrote that the ordeal has made her fear for her and her family's safety while living with 'a fear of imminent harm' due to Wagner's alleged 'concerning and threatening' messages.

But our insider assured fans that her emphasis on security doesn't mean they'll see her less on their screens at home.

'That doesn't mean she has asked the NFL and the various networks to stop showing her on TV during any of the Chiefs games,' they said.

'It has been a little more of a natural progression for her to be less out there and attracting the attention, along with Travis not having the best season the first few weeks, to actually show her and her reactions.

'But as of yesterday, Travis had an incredible game, she was seen with Brittany [Mahomes], so for the rest of the season it will be a case-by-case situation depending how he does.

'There is always a camera in her direction, it's just not as big a thing this year as in years past. But we will continue to see her from time to time as she knows that everyone knows she is there anyway.'

Swifties miss seeing their beloved songstress stroll into Arrowhead in front of the cameras

She watched from the stands on Monday as Kelce equaled Kansas City's touchdown record

The pair (pictured in 2024) do not appear to be camera shy, making Swift's low profile outings all the more unusual

Indeed, after secretly arriving at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday, Swift could be seen cheering Kelce on from her private suite as he equaled the Chiefs' all-time touchdown record.

The legendary tight end caught a pass from Patrick Mahomes to draw level with Priest Holmes' record in the third quarter of the win over the Washington Commanders, before ESPN cameras cut to his fiancée celebrating with Mahomes' wife Brittany.

But Swifties are still mourning the once steady steam of glamorous snaps from the singer's stadium entrances.

One fan shared a video online of Swift walking to the VIP Arrowhead suite in August and said: 'The things I would do to get these types of videos back.'

'I’m so sad we’ve had no walk in videos of her the whole Chiefs season,' wrote another, adding, 'but I also want her to do what she wants and she obviously wants a lot more privacy than last year so I’m glad she is getting it even if I wish we had more pics.'

Another chipped in by saying: '100% agree but it was so sad that it stopped so abruptly!! There was no warning to ease into this massive loss.'

While one simply asked: 'Can we go back to this? This season sucks.'
