The Tennessee Titans are looking to conduct a sensational midseason overhaul amid their hunt for a new head coach.

They fired Brian Callahan on Monday with the team 1-5 after a miserable loss to the Las Vegas Raiders last weekend. The result followed what defensive lineman Jeffrey Simmons said was 'probably one of our worst weeks of practice'.

Now, according to a report on Saturday in The Athletic, the organization is open to trading any player on its roster aside from Simmons and its quarterback, Cam Ward.

The Titans took Ward with the first pick in the NFL Draft earlier this year and the way things are going, they are destined for another high pick in the first round in 2026.

And whoever the organization's head coach is, he looks set to be armed with plenty of future picks if the Titans end up being as busy as they want to be before the Nov. 4 trade deadline.

In the meantime, Mike McCoy is preparing the team for Sunday's game at home against the New England Patriots, who are led by Callahan's predecessor Mike Vrabel.
