Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford came face-to-face in Las Vegas for last night's press conference.
The two pound-for-pound kings traded words in a tense press conference ahead of their blockbuster clash at the Agilent Stadium tomorrow night.
Canelo and Crawford met at a packed-out T-Mobile Arena to share their final thoughts ahead of the fight - which has been billed as one of the most significant in modern boxing history.
For Canelo, the stakes could not be higher. 'This fight for me is big. It's one of the biggest fights in my career,' the Mexican superstar told the audience. 'For sure it means a lot… this win is going to be in the very top.'
Crawford, unbeaten across several weight divisions, bristled at criticism over the calibre of his past opponents.
'Well, anybody can be a nobody. And for what everybody say, I haven't fought anybody. So come Saturday we're going to all see,' he snapped.

Both men acknowledged that beyond personal glory, their meeting could be a landmark moment for the sport.
'Well I think fights like this help the sport of boxing grow in the sense of having the best fight the best,' Crawford said. 'It ain't going to do nothing but make the sport better and the best is going to start fighting the best.'
He added: 'Well, it's going to be stamped in the history books and the debate is going to be over.'
Even with a fascinating, 50-50 fight fast approaching, Alvarez could not avoid the name of David Benavidez.
Canelo has been repeatedly accused by fans of ducking the American-Mexican boxer - something Canelo flatly denied on Thursday
Asked about the possibility, Canelo said: 'Look, I never say no to anything. We'll see later. But I'm focused a hundred percent on this fight.'
While Benavidez continues to loom large in the background, the spotlight for now remains firmly on Saturday's mouth-watering showdown between Canelo and Crawford - a fight that promises fireworks and may yet redefine the pound-for-pound landscape.
