Indonesia and Austria have agreed to bolster cooperation in several key sectors, including trade, investment, education, tourism, and renewable energy. This commitment was solidified at the 6th Bilateral Consultation Forum (FKB) between Indonesia and Austria, held in Jakarta on Monday, March 3, 2025.

At this FKB meeting, the Indonesian delegation was led by Widya Sadnovic, Director for Europe I of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Austrian delegation was headed by Ambassador Bita Rasoulian, Director for Asia and the Pacific of the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria.
