TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Airports Council International World (ACI World) released its 2025 ASQ Customer Experience Awards on February 24, 2026. The list reveals the best-performing airports in terms of customer service, including those with the most dedicated staff, the most pleasant and clean airports, and the simplest airport journeys.
The awards are based on surveys of nearly 707,000 passengers worldwide, collected on-site, in person, and in multiple languages, from more than 100 airports. This ensures a representative representation of all passengers and reflects what travelers actually experience every day.
ACI World Director General Justin Erbacci said the awards reflect the collective efforts of airport teams and stakeholders worldwide. "Airports demonstrate that passenger satisfaction can continue to improve despite increasing pressures," he said in the ACI World announcement, as reported by Travel and Leisure Asia.
