A Friday night high school football game has thrown up a pick six for the ages with 320-pound, 6ft 1 lineman Akeem Davis fought his way through 60 yards into the end zone.

The moment occurred early in the second quarter between John Marshall Monarchs and Wheeling Park Patriots, who Davis plays for.

Morris stepped across and intercepted the pass for the receiver and powered forward. And sensationally, despite the best efforts from the Monarchs, Davis could not be taken down.

At around the 45-yard line, Davis looked destined to hit the floor amid a huge clash of bodies but he incredibly emerged from the crowd with the ball safely under control.

And from there, the was just no stopping him. When he was eventually sent crashing to the ground, it was when the endzone was in sight and Morris had completed an unforgettable pick six.

'Davis, staying on his feet,' shouted stunned playcaller Jack Hillgrove. 'Look at him go! They can't bring him down! Akeem Davis is still moving, are you kidding me, he is in for the touchdown!'

The play was going viral across social media with football fans hailing the Davis touchdown as 'the greatest #ThiccSix of all time'.

It was even shared by Pat McAfee on College Game Day on Saturday morning, who said: 'Get him the ball more! We’re in playoff season. Let’s get him at fullback!'
