TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk has announced the additional distribution of final cash dividends from the undistributed net profit balance as of December 31, 2025 amounting to Rp2.8 trillion. This decision has obtained approval in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, November 21, 2025.
The management of XLSMART stated that the amount is equivalent to 30.6 percent of the company's retained earnings or Rp159 per share. The final cash dividend distribution will be carried out to shareholders listed in the Shareholder List on December 3, 2025 at 4:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time).
This distribution includes shareholders' sub-account owners in PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia at the closing of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on December 3, 2025.
