Hanura Village, located in Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung, has made remarkable strides in digitalizing its community services, earning multiple accolades for its innovative governance. Most recently, in October 2024, Hanura was honored as the Exemplary Village for Capacity Building of Village Officials (PKAD) by the Lampung Province, recognizing its leadership in enhancing village administration.

Director of Village Governance Capacity Development, Data, and Village Development Evaluation at the Directorate General of Village Governance, Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), Mohammad Noval, commended Hanura Village for setting a model of best practices for other villages throughout Indonesia.

"This award is a testament to Hanura’s success in applying the training received from the Capacity Building for Village Governance and Development (P3PD) program in 2023. The village officials have actively implemented training materials to improve governance in their community," Noval said.

He highlighted that Hanura Village has shown great creativity in adopting digital and electronic solutions to enhance administrative efficiency. One of its key innovations is the Simpel Desa application, which integrates a variety of services to streamline village government operations. Through Simpel Desa, residents can access services for official document requests, village news, reports, donation information, resident data, and even updates on nutrition-related issues affecting the community

In addition, the village has implemented an electronic service system called E-Tapping, designed to facilitate the creation and management of Electronic ID Cards (KTPs). This system not only streamlines the KTP issuance process but also serves as an information bank, tracking the number of residents with valid Electronic ID Cards. This is crucial for accurate identification and maintaining an official record of residents.

Community members visiting the village office can also use these digital services for document processing. Further, residents can access information and services directly through the official website at http://www.desahanura.id/, which is accessible via any web browser.(*)
