The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan (IEG) received a Ducati motorcycle during his tenure as Deputy Minister of Manpower after inquiring to the Coordinator of Institutional and Personnel K3 of the Ministry of Manpower, Irvian Bobby Mahendro (IBM). "When he asked for a motorcycle, IEG said to IBM, 'I know you ride big motorcycles. What motorcycle is suitable for me (IEG)?'" said KPK Chair Setyo Budiyanto when confirmed in Jakarta on Saturday, August 23, 2025.
The conversation is related to the alleged extortion case in the process of obtaining the Safety and Health Work Certificate (K3) at the Ministry of Manpower. "Then IBM bought and sent one Ducati to his (IEG) house," he said.
Setyo explained that the purchase of the Ducati motorcycle was done off the road or without proper documentation. Therefore, the KPK suspects that the purchase was made to hide the transaction.
The KPK named Immanuel Ebenezer and 10 others as suspects in a case of alleged extortion related to the procurement of the Safety and Health Work Certificate (K3) within the Ministry of Manpower on Friday, August 22, 2025. The KPK revealed that Immanuel Ebenezer received Rp 3 billion and a two-wheeled Ducati vehicle.
The KPK detained Immanuel Ebenezer and the other 10 suspects for the first 20 days, from August 22 to September 10, 2025 at the Corruption Eradication Commission Detention Center in the Red and White Building. On the same day, President Prabowo Subianto dismissed Immanuel Ebenezer as the Deputy Minister of Manpower.

- Deputy Minister of Manpower Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan (IEG).
- Coordinator of Institutional and Personnel K3 at the Ministry of Manpower from 2022 to 2025, Irvian Bobby Mahendro (IBM).
- Coordinator of Testing and Competence Evaluation of Occupational Safety at the Ministry of Manpower from 2022 to present, Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra (GAH).
- OCC Sub-coordinator for Occupational Safety at the Directorate of K3 Development at the Ministry of Manpower from 2020 to 2025 Subhan (SB).
- Coordinator of Partnership and Personnel for Occupational Health at the Ministry of Manpower from 2020 to 2025 Anitasari Kusumawati (AK).
- Director of Manpower Supervision and K3 Oversight Guidance at the Ministry of Manpower from March to August 2025, Fahrurozi (FRZ).
- Director of Institutional Development at the Ministry of Manpower from 2021 to February 2025, Hery Sutanto (HS).
- Sub-coordinator at the Ministry of Manpower, Sekarsari Kartika Putri (SKP).
- Coordinator at the Ministry of Manpower, Supriadi (SUP).
- Representative of PT KEM Indonesia, Temurila (TEM).
- Representative of PT KEM Indonesia Miki Mahfud (MM).
