1. Vori-Vori - Paraguay

Originating from Paraguay, Vori-vori is considered the best soup in the world, with fillings like beef, dumplings, cornmeal, cheese, and a myriad of vegetables completing the bowl. Traditionally, bay leaves, cloves, parsley, and saffron are added to the soup to enrich the flavor. Like many other warm delicacies, Vori-vori is said to be consumed on winter days. 

2. Ramen - Japan 

Using only authentic ingredients, Ramen, the country’s ultimate comfort dish is celebrated on a global scale for its considerations that include health aspects, invention factors, and rich heritage. The initial popularity of this wheat-based food was largely due to the country’s worst rice harvest in 1945 or during World War II. 3. Rawon - Indonesia

Its complex flavors are derived from the perfect combination of pork bone broth, soy sauce, and chicken broth into a bold, intense soup. Diners can also enjoy a variety of toppings that include half-boiled eggs, wood ear mushrooms, cabbage, spinach, dried seaweed, and pork belly. 

5. Soto Betawi - Indonesia 

Dipped in coconut milk broth, Soto Betawi has become people’s favorite for its rich flavors that give a hint of various spices like turmeric, galangal, lemongrass, coriander, and kaffir lime leaves. The dish is usually served with different condiments such as emping crackers, sweet soy sauce, tomatoes, and scallions. 

6. Sopa Tarasca - México 

Named after the Tarascan Indians of Michoacan in western Mexico, Sopa Tarasca brings together rich, flavorful bowls with a base of pureed beans, tomatoes, and chiles. Its festive taste is topped with many different condiments like fried chiles, tortilla strips, cojita cheese, and other preferred variants. 

7. Beyran Corbasi - Turkiye

8. Tonkotsu Ramen - Japan

Comprising 5 primary ingredients, namely broth, noodles, pork, eggs, and tare, Tonkotsu Ramen remains a popular delicacy that preserves the traditional taste of Japan. The dish requires a high level of attention, with the broth needing 12 to 18 hours to cook. 

9. Miso Ramen - Japan

10. Pozole - Mexico
