TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Supporters of the governor and deputy governor candidates number 1, Ridwan Kamil-Suswono (Rido), crowded the outside area of the debate at the Beach International Stadium, North Jakarta, on Sunday night, October 27, 2024.
Based on Tempo's observation, Rido supporters began to fill the outside area of the debate at 6:05 PM WIB. Rido's supporters sang Rido's jingle.
In addition to the supporters, Rido's camp also provided several facilities, namely free coffee and free haircuts similar to Ridwan Kamil's.
One barber, Suedy, 42 years old, stated that the free shave similar to Ridwan Kamil's started at 4:00 PM WIB, until just before dusk.
"Many didn't get a chance because it was starting to get dark," said Suedy when met by Tempo at the location on Sunday. The haircut that resembles Ridwan Kamil is called Under Cut.
The second debate is being held tonight at the Beach International Stadium, on Sunday, October 27, 2024, with the theme of economy and social welfare.
