TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - An Extraordinary General Meeting (RUPSLB) of the company owned by Garibaldi Thohir alias Boy Thohir, PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk. (ADRO), approved the company's decision to distribute cash dividends to all shareholders of US$2.62 billion or approximately Rp41.7 trillion (exchange rate: Rp15,916). These dividends will be derived from a portion of the Company's undistributed profits as of December 31, 2023.
"Approve the determination and use of a portion of undistributed profits," Adaro's management said in the disclosure information on the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), quoted on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
In addition, the meeting approved to change of the company's name from the previous PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk to PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk.
"This will amend Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Company's Articles of Association regarding the Company's name," the management said.
In distributing this dividend, management has also set the following:
1. Announcement of the schedule and procedure for the final additional cash dividend distribution on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's website on November 20, 2024.
2. Record date for shareholders entitled to receive the final additional cash dividend ("Record Date") on November 29, 2024
3. Announcement of conversion rate (using Bank Indonesia Middle Rate) and information on dividend value per share on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's website on November 29, 2024
4. Regular market and negotiation: Cum Dividend on November 26, 2024 and Ex Dividend on November 28, 2024.
5. Cash market: Cum dividend on November 29, 2024, and Ex Dividend on December 2, 2024.
6. Final Supplemental Cash Dividend on December 6, 2024
