TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - In response to the high enthusiasm and feedback from LILIES in Indonesia, Big Ground Entertainment and Sunny Side Up Entertainment have announced a ticket price adjustment through the "Ticket Fare Adjustment" program for the LISA Fan Meetup in Asia 2024 - Jakarta event. The event, which will be held on November 15, 2024 at the Beach City International Stadium, Jakarta, offers more fans the opportunity to experience a special moment with their idol.
This price adjustment is a manifestation of Big Ground Entertainment's commitment to listening and responding to fan feedback. With more affordable tickets, it is hoped that more LILIES can create unforgettable memories with LISA. The following are the updated ticket prices:
- Big Diamond Floor: Rp 3,870,000 (previously Rp 5,950,000)
- Big Diamond Tribune: Rp 3,870,000 (previously Rp 5,950,000)
- CAT 1: Rp 3,350,000 (previously Rp 5,550,000)
- Big Platinum Tribune: Rp 3,250,000 (previously Rp 5,350,000)
- CAT 2 Tribune: Rp 2,950,000 (previously Rp 4,850,000)
- CAT 3 Tribune: Rp 2,650,000 (previously Rp 4,350,000)
- CAT 4 Tribune: Rp 1,900,000 (previously Rp 2,850,000)
- CAT 5 Tribune: Rp 1,350,000 (previously Rp 1,850,000)
Note: The above prices do not include a 10% tax and a 5% platform fee.
For fans who have already purchased tickets before this adjustment, Big Ground Entertainment will provide a refund of the price difference, including tax and platform fees. The refund process will be carried out as follows:
1. Fill out the refund form that will be sent to the email used for purchase.
2. Ensure that the information provided matches the ticket purchase data.
3. The refund process will take 7 working days from the submission.
4. Refunds will not be processed if the data does not match the purchase information.
