KICK-OFF: Arsenal 0-0 Tottenham
By Tum Balogun
Arsenal get the action underway. Here we go. The players look up for it, the fans are up for it. I'm excited for a fun little match this afternoon. Let's hope we get our wish.
Alright, time to get down to business
By Tum Balogun
There's a very impressive light show currently going on at the Kai Tak Sports Park. The two sides are about to come out of the tunnel and into this cauldron.
I'm excited. Hope you are too. This match will be getting underway in a few short minutes.
Think Havertz might have a stalker
By Tum Balogun
We're less than 10 minutes from kick-off in Hong Kong and anticipation is building for what promises to be a great match. The supporters, many of whom don't get the chance to see their heroes in the flesh, have been showing their adoration for the stars about to step out onto the field.
The most notable, for me anyway, is the fan - or group of fans - that have got all of Havertz's senior jerseys in his career. That's a bit much for my taste!

Warmups underway in Hong Kong

Arsenal are looking to end their tour of Asia on a high, having already beaten Newcastle and AC Milan this summer. Spurs, meanwhile, are looking to get their trip off to the perfect start and are coming off a couple of unremarkable draws against Wycombe Wanderers and Luton Town.
Well, actually, they're noteworthy because both were played on the same day.

Spurs to wear special edition shirts
By Tum Balogun
We saw Liverpool do this yesterday when they faced Yokohama FM with kits that had the players' names and numbers in a special font. Tottenham have teamed up with 'ParentsParents’, a collective of artists from diverse backgrounds in graffiti, to create the slightly mesmeric designs that will adorn their jerseys today.
I am a fan!
It's all kicking off in Hong Kong

A lovely bit of pre-match entertainment to get the juices flowing! I am reliably informed, by Google, that we are in the year of the snake so that's a snake and not a dragon.
Van de Ven: 'I go into the game the same as if we play in London'

The Gunners are in the building

Here's some footage of the 'home' team arriving at the stadium for today's match. There are expected to be around 50,000 spectators in the Kai Tak Sports Park today to add yet more stakes to the occasion.
Kick-off is in around 30 minutes.
The Morgan Gibbs-White affair
By Tum Balogun
I'm sure we've all seen that perfectly normal Gibbs-White interview alongside Nottingham Forest's brave and fearless leader, Mr. Marinkas, by now.
But the whole episode has left Spurs in a spot of bother. After signing Mohammed Kudus from West Ham, the addition of Gibbs-White looked to have set Spurs up brilliantly for the end of the transfer market.
But now, they've got a whole lump of cash burning a hole in their pocket and very few quality options in the position to go after. Their movements towards the end of the window will be particularly intriguing.

Arsenal trio sit this one out
By Tum Balogun
Riccardo Calafiori is absent after going off injured during our win over Newcastle United in Singapore, as are Kepa Arrizabalaga, Gabriel and Jurrien Timber.
The injury to the Italian is sure to raise concerns at the club, given his injury history since moving to the Emirates last season.
Gunners will be wearing red
By Tum Balogun
The abundance of 'white' on Arsenal's home kit has caused a lot of commotion in the past few years. This season's number is another strip that's sure to cause issues up against Spurs' home strip.
So for today, Mikel Arteta's side have the privilege of wearing their home shirt, which I assume means that Spurs will be in one of their fetching alternative jerseys.

Arsenal team news: Gyokeres on the BENCH
By Tum Balogun
Arsenal fans are going to have to wait a little bit longer to see their new signing on the pitch. The Swede is part of a packed Gunners bench as Arteta goes with the strongest squad available to him today.
Don't be surprised to see this team start the opening game of the season in a couple of weeks time.

A different North London derby
By Tum Balogun
Hello and welcome to Mail Sport's coverage of a very special North London derby. Arsenal and Tottenham are set to play their first match against one another on foreign soil.
It's technically a friendly, but I doubt the players will be able to keep their composure once the referee's whistle blows.
The Gunners are coming to the end of their pre-season tour of Asia, while Spurs are at the beginning of theirs. Will Arsenal's familiarity with the hot and humid conditions give them the edge in the contest?
Let's be honest, the most pertinent question is whether new signing Viktor Gyokeres will make his debut in Hong Kong this afternoon. The Gunners' social media team have been bigging up the Swedish striker and I can't wait to see what he looks like for and against Premier League opposition.
Kick-off at the Kai Tak Sports Park is at 12:30pm but before that we'll have all the updates and then the action when it gets underway!
