According to GoTo’s official website, Hans previously served as President of On-Demand Services and Chief Operating Officer of GoTo.
Born in 1976, he was appointed President of Financial Technology in 2023, after leading Payments and Financial Services from 2021 to 2022.
Hans also serves as President Director of PT Gofin Karya Anak Bangsa (GKAB) and PT Midtrans. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Operating Officer of Gojek from 2018 to 2021.
Before joining Gojek, Hans worked as COO of the Paper Division at PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, part of the Sinarmas Group, from 2015 to 2017. He was also a Partner at global management consulting firm McKinsey from 2008 to 2014, based in Shanghai, Singapore, and Jakarta.
Hans holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, United States.
