TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Four Palestinians were killed and another injured in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip on Monday, November 24, 2025, amid a ceasefire. With today's deaths, at least 346 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli attacks since the ceasefire came into effect on October 10.

Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza told Anadolu Agency it had received two bodies after an Israeli drone strike in the Bani Suhaila neighborhood of Khan Younis.

Two others were killed by Israeli sniper fire in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of eastern Gaza City, according to medical sources.

A Palestinian was also wounded by Israeli artillery fire near the "yellow line" in the Al-Shaaf neighborhood of Al-Tuffah, sources said, without elaborating on the victim's condition.

The yellow line separates the heavily fortified Israeli military zone from the area where Palestinians are permitted to live under the ceasefire agreement.

According to eyewitnesses, Israel carried out airstrikes with fighter jets and helicopters, as well as a ground attack with tanks in Rafah, southern Gaza.

In Khan Younis, the Israeli military launched airstrikes on the eastern part of the city, where it maintains its presence.

The latest wave of attacks violates the ceasefire in effect in Gaza since October 10.

Gaza authorities, as reported by Anadolu Agency, called the pattern a "flagrant breach" of international humanitarian law and the humanitarian protocols inherent in the ceasefire agreement.

Israeli violations since October 10 include 142 shellings targeting civilians, homes, and refugee camps; 21 ground attacks beyond the "yellow line"; 228 air, artillery, and ground attacks; and 100 demolitions of homes and civilian structures, which they said constituted "collective punishment" and an attempt to expand the demolitions.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry said 35 Palestinians had also been detained in the raids and attacks, accusing Israel of trying to "create a bloody new reality that threatens security and stability in the Gaza Strip."

Israel continues to occupy more than 50 percent of Gaza under a ceasefire agreement, with the "yellow line" separating military-occupied areas from Palestinian-inhabited areas.

The Israeli army has recently intensified its attacks east of the yellow line, destroying large areas and making the surrounding areas extremely dangerous for Palestinian civilians.

Since October 2023, Israeli forces have killed nearly 70,000 people in Gaza, mostly women and children, and injured more than 170,900 in a brutal military offensive that has devastated much of the Palestinian enclave.
