TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesia's largest private lender PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has announced the distribution of an interim cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year.
This distribution is based on the decision of the Board of Directors, which was approved by the Board of Commissioners on November 24, 2025, and is in line with the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on March 12, 2025.
BCA management stated that shareholders will receive Rp55.00 per share for the period covering January 1 to September 30, 2025. In total, BCA will distribute dividends amounting to Rp6.7 trillion.
"In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors approved by the Board of Commissioners on November 24, 2025," said BCA Corporate Secretary I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya in the information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday, November 24, 2025.
Ketut noted that as of September 30, 2025, BCA recorded a net profit of Rp43.3 trillion. Meanwhile, retained earnings amounted to Rp252 trillion, and total equity reached Rp276.6 trillion.
