TEMPO.COJakarta - The Indonesian mixed doubles pair, Jafar Hidayatullah/Felisha Alberta Nathaniel Pasaribu (Jafar / Felisha), have climbed into the World Top 10 in the latest Badminton World Federation (BWF) rankings for the 48th week, released on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

The young national training center duo moved up one spot following their impressive run to the final of the 2025 Australian Open, a BWF World Tour Super 500 tournament, held last week. With an additional 7,800 points from Sydney, Jafar/Felisha now have a total of 63,810 points, securing the 10th position and displacing the Danish pair Jesper Toft/Amalie Magelund.

This achievement makes them the highest-ranked Indonesian mixed doubles pair at present. Below them, Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja sit in 15th place after their last appearance in the 2025 Macau Open. The pair Amri Syahnawi/Nita Violina Marwah follows in the 19th position.

The ranking update also reflected the rise of Bobby Setiabudi/Melati Daeva Oktavianti, who climbed four spots to reach the 39th position in the world. This significant jump is the result of winning consecutive titles at the 2025 Indonesia International Challenge I and II in Yogyakarta. Bobby/Melati delivered consistent performances, twice defeating Renaldi Samosir/Masita Mahmudin in the final through a rubber game.

At the top, the Chinese pair Jiang Zhen Bang/Wei Ya Xin still firmly lead the world rankings with 100,552 points, followed closely by their compatriots Feng Yan Zhe/Huang Dong Ping. Meanwhile, Chen Tang Jie/Toh Ee Wei from Malaysia, who defeated Jafar/Felisha in the Australian Open final, moved up to the third position.
