Erick Thohir Reappoints Darmawan Prasodjo as President Director of PLN in Shareholders' Meeting

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta -  State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Minister, Erick Thohir, has reappointed Darmawan Prasodjo as the President Director of PT PLN (Persero). PLN's Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications and TJSL, Gregorius Adi Trianto, stated that the decision was made during the General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, November 14, 2024. "The shareholders' meeting also appointed four new commissioners and extended the term of two directors," Gregorius said in a written statement.

Along with the appointments, Dudy Purwagandi, who currently serves as the Minister of Transportation, has been respectfully dismissed from his position as a commissioner. Other commissioners whose terms have ended include Suahasil Nazara (Deputy Chief Commissioner), Nawal Nely (Commissioner), Mohamad Ikhsan (Commissioner), and Arcandra Tahar (Independent Commissioner). Additionally, the shareholders' meeting held at the Ministry of BUMN confirmed the dismissal of Charles Sitorus as an Independent Commissioner.

However, Suahasil Nazara has been reappointed as the Deputy Chief Commissioner. With these changes, the PLN Board of Commissioners is now composed as follows:

1. Burhanuddin Abdullah as the Chief Commissioner cum Independent Commissioner
2. Suahasil Nazara as Deputy Chief Commissioner
3. Susiwijono Moegiarso as Commissioner
4. Aminuddin Ma'ruf as Commissioner
5. Dadan Kusdiana as Commissioner
6. Jisman P. Hutajulu as Commissioner
7. Mutanto Juwono as Independent Commissioner
8. Andi Arief as Independent Commissioner
9. Yazid Fanani as Independent Commissioner
10. Ali Masykur Musa as Independent Commissioner

Meanwhile, the composition of the PLN Board of Directors is as follows:

1. Darmawan Prasodjo as President Director
2. Sinthya Roesly as Finance Director
3. Yusuf Didi Setiarto as Legal and Human Capital Management Director
4. Evy Haryadi as Transmission and System Planning Director
5. Edi Srimulyanti as Retail and Trading Director
6. Hartanto Wibowo as Corporate Planning and Business Development Director
7. Wiluyo Kusdwiharto as Project Management and New Renewable Energy Director
8. Adi Lumakso as Generation Management Director
9. Adi Priyanto as Distribution Director
10. Suroso Isnandar as Risk Management Director
