TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares strengthened from Rp55.17 at the opening of trading today, Monday, November 24, 2025, to Rp68.00 at 09:45 AM. The rise in shares occurred after GOTO announced on Monday morning, around 08:19 AM, that Patrick Walujo resigned as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Based on trading data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, GOTO shares ranged from Rp66 to Rp67.75 from the opening until near the close of the first trading session. As of 11:35 AM, GOTO stock is recorded at Rp67.25.
In terms of volume, GOTO shares recorded a transaction value of Rp442.7 billion with a volume of 6.6 billion shares traded.
On Monday morning, GOTO management announced Patrick's resignation as the technology issuer's leader. Hans Patuwo will replace Patrick and will be determined at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 17, 2025.
Patrick Walujo expressed his appreciation to the entire GOTO family for their dedication over the past two and a half years. He stated that the hard work of the whole team has brought GOTO to a better position.
"I also want to congratulate Hans, who has played an important role in GoTo's journey for almost a decade," he said in a written statement on Monday, November 24, 2025.
Patrick mentioned that Hans has nearly eight years of experience at Gojek, Gopay, and the merger of Gojek and Tokopedia (GOTO). Hans has also led various key company lines.
"He joined Gojek in 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer, focusing on driver and transportation partner operations, strengthening one of the most vital foundations for the GoTo ecosystem," said Patrick.
In addition to Patrick, GOTO also announced additional proposed changes to the board of directors and board of commissioners. Director of Public Affairs and Communication Ade Mulyana also submitted his resignation to focus on family commitments and professional activities outside of GOTO.
The commissioners' management announced that Pablo Malay and Winanto Kartono have submitted their resignations. They will be replaced by Soelistyo and Santoso Kartono, who will be determined in the RUPSLB.
