TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Aceh Polytechnic once again recorded an outstanding achievement by winning 7 awards at the LLDIKTI XIII Award 2024 held at Hermes Palace Hotel Banda Aceh on Tuesday night, December 10, 2024. In this award, Aceh Polytechnic won various categories demonstrating high quality and dedication in the field of education.
The LLDIKTI XIII Award 2024 ceremony covered 32 categories, with Aceh Polytechnic successfully winning two prestigious Gold Winner awards in the Favorite Polytechnic and Best Student Achievement Guidance categories. Additionally, Aceh Polytechnic secured three Silver Winner awards, each in the Best MBKM Implementation, Best Polytechnic Quality Performance, and Best Polytechnic categories. For the Bronze Winner category, Aceh Polytechnic received two awards in the Best University Performance IKU and Best SPMI Polytechnic Performance categories.
On this occasion, Director of Aceh Polytechnic, Hilmi, expressed his gratitude and pride over this achievement. "With all the limitations at Aceh Polytechnic, we remain able to achieve the best performance. This is all due to the persistence of lecturers, students, and the entire academic community who have high fighting spirit. We managed to win 7 awards this year," he said.
Dr. Hilmi also added his commitment to continue strengthening Aceh Polytechnic towards an excellent Polytechnic. "We are committed to continue moving and synergizing, focusing on improving the quality of education, research, community service, and other supporters in line with the Higher Education IKU policy set by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology," he added.
Chairman of the Aceh Polytechnic Foundation, Akhyar, also expressed appreciation for this achievement. "This achievement was attained due to the hard work of the entire academic community of Aceh Polytechnic in carrying out the university's tridharma duties. We are grateful that Aceh Polytechnic can compete with other university campuses in Aceh, and win many awards at tonight's awards event," he said enthusiastically.
For your information, the LLDIKTI Region XIII Award is an annual event conducted as a form of appreciation to Private Higher Education (PTS) for its performance over the past year. This event also aims to motivate PTS to continuously improve their educational quality. The selection process for award recipients began at the beginning of 2024, through data collection and assessment team discussions to determine award recipients in each category.
